• Production: Foundation + 24/7 oncall, incident response SLAs, compliance reporting on a quarterly cadence.
• Strategic: Production + dedicated technical advisor, monthly executive reviews, custom evaluation work, advance access to platform improvements.

Tiers can be customized; many customers blend (Production for the deployed system, Strategic-level advisory for ongoing feasibility and ROI tracking).
