How we work

Tight team, real customers, hard problems.

We are a small, senior team. Every hire matters. We don't carry slide-deck-only roles; everyone we hire ships, designs, or owns customer outcomes.

Most engineering work is on real customer problems with real production stakes. You'll work alongside customer teams as well as our own — the shape varies by engagement.

We hire for depth, not breadth. We'd rather have one senior person own a problem end to end than three junior people coordinate on it.
