Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to ABIH TECH LLC, a California limited liability company operating under the trade name MyCustomAI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and to the website mycustomai.io (the "Site"). Our address is 2068 Walsh Avenue, Santa Clara, CA 95050.

2. Information we collect

We collect two categories of information:

Information you provide

When you submit a contact or discovery-call form, we collect the information you enter — which may include your name, business email address, company name, job role, industry, area of interest, and any message or use-case description you choose to share. We do not request or store payment information through the Site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, standard server logs and any analytics tooling we operate may record technical data such as pages visited, referrer URL, browser and device type, operating system, and approximate geographic location (city/country level). This technical data is used in aggregate and is not linked to your identity unless you also submit a form.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry. We use your name, email, and message to reply to discovery-call requests and follow-up questions.
  • To schedule and conduct calls. We may send calendar invitations and pre-call materials to the email address you provide.
  • To improve the Site. Aggregate analytics data helps us understand which content is useful and where the Site can be improved.
  • To comply with legal obligations. We may retain records of communications as required by applicable law.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing (EEA / UK visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • Legitimate interests — responding to business inquiries and improving the Site.
  • Pre-contractual steps — scoping a potential engagement at your request.
  • Legal obligation — where retention is required by law.

5. Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the Site:

  • Hosting: Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS), US regions. Site files and application infrastructure are hosted on AWS in the United States.
  • Transactional email: Resend, Inc. (United States). Used to deliver form submissions to our inbox.
  • Analytics: We may use analytics tooling to understand aggregate site usage. Any such tooling is selected and configured to minimize data collection and avoid cross-site tracking or advertising profiling.

Each provider is contractually bound to process data only as instructed and in accordance with applicable privacy law.

6. Customer engagement data

For customers in active engagements, the handling of customer data — including any data processed as part of an AI build, pilot, or deployment — is governed by the engagement-specific Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum. Those documents take precedence over this Site policy in all respects.

7. Data retention

We retain form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you re-engage. Technical and analytics data is retained in aggregate form. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability of your data. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).

9. Cookies

The Site may use cookies or similar local storage mechanisms for functional purposes (such as maintaining session state) and, where analytics tooling is active, to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect your ability to use the Site.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
