Every engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call. We map the use case, the data sensitivity, the deployment constraints, and the success criteria. By the end of the call, we know whether the right next step is an AI Feasibility & ROI engagement, an AI Pilot, or something else.

6-8 weeks (Feasibility & ROI) or 4-6 weeks (Pilot)
02.Decide what to do — and prove it on your data.
AI Feasibility & ROI engagements take a portfolio-level view across multiple use cases, scoring them by value, feasibility, risk, and time-to-impact, then producing an ROI case before you commit to a build. AI Pilot engagements pick one specific use case and validate it with working code on a sample of your real data.

3-6 months
03.Ship the production system inside your boundary.
Custom AI Build delivers the production model and integration. Private AI Deployment establishes the deployment pattern your security team can sign off on. Most engagements run these together.

04.Make sure your team can run, extend, and trust the system.
Engineering Enablement upskills the team that will own the deployed system. Executive AI Training delivers board- and leadership-level sessions anchored by our CEO's university teaching.

05.Keep the system healthy, compliant, and getting better.
Managed AI provides production monitoring, drift detection, scheduled retraining, and compliance reporting. Most customers shift to a Managed AI relationship after the first 6 months in production.
